With a shout out to my friend Cedric. Cedric, I'm ashamed I didn't react perfectly when you came out, but you paved the way for future friends of mine who subsequently came out and I could only react with, "Cool. So where you wanna get lunch?"

Oh my God, Kami. What a tearjerker.
So Thanksgiving in Canada. With the whole big ole family. Uncle goes and says flat out on some prompting, not sure what started it. Smething about homogenised milk I think. "I don't like homos."
Later on mom says something racist.
Both times everyone under the age of 45 winced.
Mom, uncle, your generation will not be missed.
